This website is operated by Cloud Ehealth Technologies Ltd. (“Cloud.ai,” “we,” “us” or “our”). It provides information about Cloud.ai and allows visitors to submit investor or partnership enquiries.
2. Information collected
We collect information that you choose to provide through an enquiry form. Our hosting and security providers may also process limited technical information needed to deliver, protect and operate the site.
3. Investor and partnership enquiry information
The modal forms collect your full name and email address. A phone number and details about your enquiry are optional. We use this information to respond to the investor or partnership enquiry you selected. Do not submit confidential, medical, financial or other sensitive information.
4. Technical and security logs
Netlify may process technical request information, such as network and device data, to host the site, apply rate limits, maintain security and diagnose service issues. The enquiry function’s operational logs do not contain submitted names, email addresses, phone numbers, enquiry details, request bodies or IP addresses.
5. Purposes of collection
We collect and use enquiry information to review and respond to your request, communicate with you about the resulting discussion, protect the form from abuse and manage any business relationship that follows.
6. Consent
Before sending an enquiry, you must consent to our collection and use of the submitted information for the purpose of responding to that enquiry. Please do not submit the form if you do not consent.
7. Use and disclosure
We use enquiry information only for the purposes described in this policy. We may disclose it to personnel who need it to respond and to service providers that support site hosting, security and transactional-email delivery. We may also disclose information when required by law.
8. Service providers
Netlify provides website hosting and server-side form processing. Resend provides transactional-email delivery. The application does not store form submissions in a database, Sanity, Netlify Forms, Netlify Blobs, local browser storage or analytics tools. The delivered email is the working business record.
9. Processing outside Canada
Our service providers may process information outside Canada, where it may be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in which it is processed. We do not claim that all information remains in Canada.
10. Retention
Transactional-email data may be retained by service providers according to their terms. Information received by Cloud.ai may be retained as needed to respond to your enquiry, manage the resulting business relationship, meet legal or operational needs, and resolve disputes. We do not state a fixed deletion period that has not been approved.
11. Security safeguards
We use administrative and technical measures intended to protect enquiry information, including server-side validation, rate limiting, restricted environment secrets and encrypted transport. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
12. Access and correction requests
You may contact our Privacy Officer to ask about personal information we hold about you or to request a correction. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
13. Withdrawal of consent
You may withdraw your consent to future use of your enquiry information by contacting our Privacy Officer, subject to legal or contractual restrictions. Withdrawal may limit our ability to continue responding to your enquiry or managing the resulting relationship.
14. Analytics
Netlify Web Analytics may be enabled using server-log analytics without advertising cookies. The site does not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or behavioural advertising trackers.
15. No sale of personal information
Cloud.ai does not sell personal information submitted through the enquiry forms.
16. No marketing use without separate consent
Cloud.ai does not use enquiry information for marketing communications without obtaining separate consent.
17. Children’s information
This site is intended for business and investment audiences and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly request personal information from children through the enquiry forms.

This site may link to external websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and Cloud.ai is not responsible for those practices.
